3、施工單位施工檢查記錄報告：

      我供應商嚴格按貴方在國慶節期間的技術(shù)改造要求進(jìn)行現場(chǎng)施工處理。在實(shí)施過(guò)程中進(jìn)行了現場(chǎng)監督管理（附以下現場(chǎng)照片），其施工內容按方案要求進(jìn)行規范改造施工，施工時(shí)每一個(gè)施工節點(diǎn)的附屬安全防護設施及施工工藝流程操作均符合國家建筑工程施工規范的相關(guān)規定要求。

     經(jīng)檢查驗收，各施工節點(diǎn)主控項目及一般項目均符合要求，施工質(zhì)量檢查合格,為業(yè)主方交上合格改造項目保證生產(chǎn)的正常運行。

Our suppliers strictly carry out on-site construction according to your technical transformation requirements during the national day. During the implementation process, the site supervision and management (with the following site photos) were carried out, and the construction contents were standardized according to the requirements of the scheme. The auxiliary safety protection facilities and construction process operation of each construction node met the relevant requirements of the national construction code.

After inspection and acceptance, the main control projects and general projects of each construction node meet the requirements, and the construction quality inspection is qualified
